Before you write
Two things solve most messages faster than we can reply:
- Licence trouble. ViewPin will find your key inside a whole pasted sentence or link — you do not need to isolate it. If you have run out of activations, open ViewPin on a Mac you no longer use and choose Deactivate this Mac.
- Something looks wrong. Open the Console and go to Activity. It logs what ViewPin has been doing, and quoting the last few lines usually tells us the answer immediately.

Reporting a security issue
Email support@getviewpin.com with “security” in the subject and we will reply within 48 hours. Please do not open a public issue for anything exploitable.
